sell our projects because according to them DMCI Homes is already known for its
quality projects," Austria shared.
The DMCI Homes chief however was quick
to point out the big responsibility that comes with the good image the company
has built through quality projects over the years.
"But of course on the other side of
the coin is the responsibility of making sure that we maintain that image of
us. It continuously reminds us of the importance of sustaining our efforts in
these quality programs," Austria said.
"The market has high expectations
from us because they have seen from our previous projects that we were able to
provide best value," the president stressed.
Nonetheless, Austria expressed confidence
that the country's first Quadruple A builder-developer will be able to sustain
its drive for excellence because of the company's quality campaign among
employees that is spearheaded by the Quality Council.
"With our continuing quality
campaign, we are very, very confident that we will continue to be much much
better in value compared to what the other developers are offering,"
