Quadruple A developer DMCI Homes is giving aspiring homeowners a fresh opportunity to secure a condominium unit in some of its most established communities through a limited-time 4-Year Lease Period Promo under its HomeReady™ Rent-to-Own program.

Available until Sept. 30, 2026, the offering allows qualified clients to lease a unit for up to 48 months before deciding to proceed with a purchase. The 4-year lease option comes with fixed rental rates for the first two years, while a 10% increase in rent will be applicable during the third and fourth years.
