These include The Atherton in Parañaque City; Kai Garden Residences in Mandaluyong City; Satori Residences, Fairlane Residences, and Allegra Garden Place in Pasig City; The Orabella, Cameron Residences, and The Crestmont in Quezon City; Alder Residences in Acacia Estates, Taguig City; The Aston Place in Pasay City; and The Camden Place in Manila.

A key feature of Community Internet is its availability upon move-in, enabling residents to connect immediately without the need to arrange separate subscriptions or wait for installation. Assistance is also readily accessible through each community's Property Management Office (PMO), providing convenient support for connectivity concerns.

While Community Internet is provided as a standard utility in participating condominium units, homeowners remain free to subscribe to their preferred internet service providers available within their communities.
