DMCI Homes’ ‘Kaakbay’ Program Enhances Public Spaces in Host Communities

Quadruple A developer DMCI Homes continues to support the communities where it operates through its “Kaakbay sa Pamayanan” Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, which focuses on improving public spaces, local facilities, and overall community well-being.
In 2025, led by the DMCI Homes Community Relations Committee, the company carried out several projects that upgraded local amenities, made neighborhoods safer, and helped residents enjoy more welcoming spaces.
DMCI Homes supported road restoration works along Dominga Street in Barangay 730, Malate, Manila, host community of The Camden Place.

The company also donated synthetic grass for the children’s playground in Barangay Marilag, Quezon City, host community of The Oriana and Infina Towers.
On the other hand, DMCI Homes donated floor tiles for the construction of the second floor of the barangay hall in Barangay San Miguel, Taguig City, one of the host barangays of Acacia Estates,
Meanwhile, in Barangay Ugong, Pasig City, host community of The Valeron Tower, DMCI Homes made improvements to a local pergola to make it more functional and welcoming for residents.

The DMCI Homes Community Relations Committee likewise supported green space initiatives in the area by contributing to the barangay’s Plant Box Improvement project, which added greenery to the neighborhood and encouraged care for the environment.
The committee also conducts regular drainage and creek cleaning drives across host barangays to help prevent flooding and promote cleaner surroundings.
Engr. Fleur Rubio, head of the DMCI Homes Community Relations Committee, said they are working with barangay officials to help improve the everyday life of residents.
