Quadruple A developer DMCI Homes was named the sixth highest Real Property Tax taxpayer among companies and developers in Bacoor City, underscoring the company’s commitment to responsible corporate citizenship.

The recognition was conferred during the Tribute to Outstanding Admirable and Stellar Taxpayers (TOAST) 2026, held last June 26, 2026, as part of Bacoor City’s 14th Annual Cityhood Anniversary celebration.

DMCI Homes paid a total of ₱3,309,005.00 in real property taxes, earning its place among the city’s leading taxpayers.

The company’s presence in Bacoor is anchored by Alea Residences, a medium-rise condominium development located along Las Pinas Talaba Diversion Road.

The TOAST Awards recognize individuals, businesses, and organizations that make significant contributions to the city through timely and consistent tax payments. These contributions help fund essential public services, infrastructure projects, and programs that support the welfare and progress of Bacoor’s residents.
