The country’s first Quadruple A developer, DMCI Homes, is launching the final building of its The Atherton development in Dr. A. Santos Avenue (formerly Sucat Road), Parañaque City following the robust sales posted by the project’s initial inventory.
To be unveiled in January, 14–residential level high Almond building will initially offer 206 units, adding to the 680 unit-inventory of the first two buildings which were launched when the three-tower development was put on the market in July this year.
The Atherton’s first two buildings, Oak and Helicia, are already 76% and 54% sold respectively, combining for approximately P2.2 billion reservation sales as of December 5, 2018.
DMCI Homes Senior Vice President for Sales Florante Ofrecio said the company remains optimistic that The Atherton would be able to sustain its robust sales with the continued growth of Parañaque and its neighboring cities.
“Southern Metro remains an attractive market as reflected by the robust sales of The Atherton. We don’t see the market slowing down especially with the emergence of new businesses in the ‘Bagong Nayong Pilipino-Entertainment City,’” Ofrecio said in reference to the government-sponsored gaming and entertainment complex along Coastal Road which is expected to generate massive development in the south.
The Almond building which has a total of 318 unit-inventory, offers a mix of one-bedroom and two-bedroom units priced P3.32 million onwards. Unit sizes range from 29 square meters (sq.m) to 61.50 sq.m.
Boasting of an ideal location near the country’s premier air terminal and business centers in the south, the resort-inspired development has attracted both end-users and investors looking for a quality living space or an investment with good earning potential.
All three buildings of The Atherton will feature DMCI Homes’ Lumiventt® Design Technology which allows ambient light and fresh air to permeate the structure and all unit spaces within through 3-storey high openings called Sky Patios.
Furthermore, approximately 70 percent of the land area of the 1.7-hectare modern tropical themed-development will be allotted for open spaces and outdoor resort-inspired amenities aptly designed to complement the laidback feel in the south.
These include a lap pool, leisure and kiddie pool, play area, picnic area, activity lawn, basketball court, gazebo, jogging path and roof garden.
