DM Consunji, Inc. (DMCI), founded by Engr. David M. Consunji in 1954, is not only known as the country’s “Builder of Landmarks” but also as a top contractor of large-scale infrastructure projects in the Philippines.
Its technical expertise, pioneering construction methodologies, and large fleet of heavy equipment have allowed DMCI to complete over 1,000 projects of varying scale and complexity across the country and abroad, including the Istana Nurul Iman in Brunei, the Salim-Halban Highway and several ARAMCO facilities in Saudi Arabia.
The company, which is guided by the DMCI Creed written by Engr. Consunji, also constructed bridges in Kuwait and irrigation projects in Iraq.
As the first Filipino Quadruple-A rated general engineering contractor—the highest rating for contractors issued by the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) under the Department of Trade and Industry—DMCI continues to pioneer the application of advanced engineering technology in Philippine construction.
Here are some of the expressways, bridges, railways, and airport terminals built by DMCI over the years as one of the top contractors in the Philippines.
