Acacia Estates, Taguig to open another access road for residents

Quadruple A developer DMCI Homes is currently constructing an additional access road within its Acacia Estates township in Taguig City, offering residents even more convenient routes to enter and exit the 150-hectare residential community.

The new access road is set to be completed and made operational soon. It will be exclusively available to motorists with valid Acacia Estates car and motorcycle stickers.

Moreover, taxis and ride-sharing drivers transporting residents will be allowed access, provided that they surrender their identification card/s with Acacia Estates security in exchange for a car pass.

The development of this access road is expected to significantly improve traffic flow on neighboring residential roads within the vicinity of Acacia Estates, particularly along Cayetano Boulevard, formerly known as Levi Mariano Avenue.

It complements the Maria Tinga access road and another access road to Circumferential Road 6 (C-6) and Bicutan via M.L Quezon Road, making it even more convenient for Acacia Estates residents to move in and out of the community.

DMCI Homes Vice President for Project Development Dennis Yap said the company continues to work with the city government of Taguig to enhance the living experience of Acacia Estates residents and contribute to the city's continuous development.

“We are committed to collaborating closely with the Taguig government to address the needs of our residents and contribute to the city's development,” Yap said.

Nestled in a thriving district of Taguig City, Acacia Estates presents a convenient living experience, boasting proximity to McKinley Hill, Bonifacio Global City, Makati City, and the Ninoy Aquino International Airport.

Launched in the mid-2000s, this gated community of themed condos and subdivisions has become a preferred residential neighborhood in Taguig City, thanks to its tree-lined streets, expansive open spaces, well-maintained landscapes, resort-inspired amenities, and convenient facilities, such as the carpool program for residents called RideShare.

DMCI Homes is the Philippines’ first Quadruple A real estate developer known for building quality resort-inspired communities in Mega Manila, Baguio, Boracay and Davao City. The company’s portfolio boasts of more than 60 properties since it was launched in 1999.
