DMCI Homes Ranks 2nd in BPI's Real Estate Bookings
Quadruple A developer DMCI Homes was recently recognized by BPI Family Savings Bank (BFSB) as one of the country’s top developers for ranking second in terms of the bank’s total real estate loan bookings last year.
DMCI Home Chief Finance Officer Evangeline Hernandez-Atchioco, together with her team, accepted the Top Developer for 2020 award from BFSB in a virtual ceremony last March 3, 2021.
“More than gaining industry recognition, we are grateful for this award as it shows how a lot of homebuyers placed their trust on our company,” Atchioco said.
The annual event highlights BFSB’s appreciation and recognition of its most valued partners in real estate. Developers both from the national and provincial level that are accredited partners of the bank were invited to the virtual recognition.
DMCI Homes has been in partnership with BFSB for many years, as it is one of the company’s accredited banks that offer housing loans to its clients and investors.
BFSB President Ma. Cristina L. Go graced the ceremonies while BPI President Cezar Consing delivered recorded opening remarks culminating in a virtual toast to all those who attended the event.
