Construction of Prisma Residences, DMCI Homes’ three-tower development in Pasig City, remains on track despite limitations caused by the coronavirus pandemic.
The project, which stands on two hectares of prime land located along the major thoroughfares of Pasig Boulevard corner C.P. Garcia Avenue (C5 Road), is progressing as planned and is on schedule to welcome its first batch of residents starting in the second quarter of 2022.
