Quadruple A developer DMCI Homes has started the construction of a new residential condominium project near Bonifacio Global City (BGC) as it remains optimistic of the opportunities presented by upcoming government infrastructure projects in the area.
The Allegra Garden Place is a two-tower development soon to rise along Pasig Boulevard in Pasig. It aims to replicate the sales success of DMCI Homes’ neighboring project, Prisma Residences, which is almost sold- out as of September 2019.
“We have high hopes on this project not just because of Prisma Residences’ success but also because of the potential opportunities presented by ongoing infra projects in the area like the BGC-Ortigas Center Link Road Project,” DMCI Homes Assistant Vice President for Project Development Dennis Yap said.
The bridge, which is targeted for completion by June 2020, will connect with the Lawton Avenue-Global City Viaduct to improve inter-city travel in Pasig, Mandaluyong, Taguig and Makati.
“All these upcoming infra projects make the area an even more valuable investment and premier living destination for urban dwellers as they bring every need of residents practically within reach,” Yap said.
The DMCI Homes executive said the company looks to attract first-time homebuyers and young professionals working in BGC, Makati, Ortigas, and Eastwood City to generate approximately P14.36 billion from sales of the new development.

For the project, DMCI Homes will introduce new features and amenities such as larger unit doors and windows, an indoor multi-purpose wooden court, and fiber optic connectivity.
Future residents will also get to enjoy the resort-inspired amenities that DMCI Homes is known for such as the elevated roof garden, kiddie pool, lap pool, leisure pool, game area, bar area, entertainment room, roof-deck, fitness gym and Sky Lounge.
Soon to rise in a 1.3-hectare land area, the condominium offers a mix of 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units spread across two buildings namely Amina and Soraya.
Both towers will feature DMCI Homes’ proprietary Lumiventt® Design Technology to allow natural light and air to flow in and out of the living spaces, thereby saving energy by minimizing the electricity use throughout the day.
To complete the everyday vacation and worry-free living experience of residents, a 24/7 security service and CCTV provisions in main areas will be provided by DMCI Homes Property Management Corporation. The development too will have an integrated wifi system, 12 dual core high-speed elevators, card-operated laundry system, convenience store, water station, and full back-up power in all units and common areas.
Priced at P3.99 million onwards, the units with gross floor area ranging from 30 sqm to 83 sqm are targeted for completion starting in July 2024 for Amina building.
