For Ms. Christina Perilla, the owner of Kuranosuke Yatta, her love for Japanese food and the country’s colorful culture not only made her dream of the explosive flavors – they inspired her to create a restaurant business that gives the nod to the Land of the Rising Sun.
An Inspiration from the East
Before the pandemic, Ms. Christina frequented Japan. During these travels, she fell in love with the culture, the people, and the food. She was drawn by how the Japanese made Sushi – with bare hands!

Her experience with Japanese food was so unique – she decided to bring her take of her favorite Japanese delicacies to the Philippines.
In 2018, Kuranosuke Yatta was born.

Kuranosuke Yatta currently has five branches, one of which is located in Maple Place inside Acacia Estates, Taguig City.
