Home, Friendship, and a Shared Journey in This DMCI Homes Condo in Quezon City
Neighbors turned good friends, Mench and Ali found not just a home but a sense of belonging at Infina Towers.
For Carmencita “Mench” Valdes and Ali Tiongson, home is about living with ease and connection.
It is a place that fits their routines, keeps them connected, and offers the comfort of a community that welcomes them. Everything they need is within reach, and life simply feels easier.
They found all of this at Infina Towers along Aurora Boulevard in Quezon City.
It’s also where their friendship began—proof of the warm sense of community at DMCI Homes’ two-tower development.
A Familiar Place That Feels Like Home
For Mench, who grew up in Project 2, Quezon City, and spent years working in Cubao, living along Aurora Boulevard feels both familiar and strategic.

“I decided to stay here in Quezon City because, first, I’m already familiar with the area,” she says. “Second, it’s centrally located—I’m right in between the North and South. And third, it’s close to my workplace, especially my most recent one which is in Marikina.”
She moved to Infina Towers in 2021, initially as an investment for her daughter who works abroad, but she quickly realized she had found more than a property.
“Since I started mingling with other people, I’ve noticed that we share the same values. I also feel a strong sense of safety and security here at Infina Towers, and a sense of belonging, which I think is one of the most important factors,” says Mench who is also part of Infina Towers’ Community Development Council.
A Neighborhood of Convenience
Ali’s journey to Infina Towers was shaped by convenience and family. After living abroad, she and her mother were looking for a place that would make daily life easier and safer for her senior mother.
“Every day, I thank God that my mom and I are here. We always say the same thing—we’re really happy,” Ali says. “There’s no such thing as a perfect place, but we’re super happy to be here. We have no regrets about investing here and choosing this place,” she adds.
Infina Towers is at the gateway of Katipunan and Cubao, just minutes from Ateneo de Manila University, UP Diliman, and Miriam College. It is easily accessible to hospitals, groceries, and business centers like Araneta City and Eastwood City. The nearby LRT-2 Anonas and Katipunan stations make it easy to get around, and in the coming years, the Metro Manila Subway will also serve the area with a station on Anonas Street.

“I like it here, especially because there are so many nearby places like the supermarket. And of course, since I have a dog, there’s a grooming place and even a vet just around the corner,” Ali shares.
A True Sense of Community
The sense of belonging drew both Mench and Ali to Infina Towers—and over time, that same connection blossomed into a genuine friendship.
“Mench also has a dog, and we’re both big girls, so we kind of identified with each other. We eventually became partners in joining bazaars and ended up becoming good friends. Whenever I go out of town or abroad, she looks after my mom and even stays in our unit,” Ali shares.
Beyond friendship, both women have found unique ways to nurture the sense of community they love about Infina Towers.
For Mench, it’s through faith and togetherness. “The Sunday Mass really touches my heart every week, especially when I see the seniors and persons with disabilities in their wheelchairs who truly appreciate that I initiated it here,” she says. “And now, it’s become even more meaningful because we’ll soon be celebrating our own fiesta. Our parish priest has granted us permission to have Padre Pio as our patron saint here in Infina Towers.”
For Ali, her sense of belonging began with simple daily walks with her dog.

“The first friends I made here were the pet parents. We’d see each other while walking our dogs, and that’s how our little circle started. I call them the ‘veterans’ because they were among the first to move in. We’re still friends up to now. I remember during my first or second year here, we’d even attend birthday parties for our fur babies at the roof deck, complete with little celebrations for those turning one.”
She also appreciates how the community is supported by a professional Property Management Office (PMO) and modern conveniences. “The DMCI App is super useful—like, I really get to use it a lot. I use it for visitor passes, work permits, and even delivery permits,” Ali says.
Trust Built on Quality
Both Mench and Ali point to DMCI Homes’ reputation as a key reason for choosing the property.
“DMCI is a smart choice because, first of all, they’ve been a pioneer in building communities,” Mench says. “And even now, they keep finding ways to make their next projects even better.”
Ali agrees wholeheartedly. “Among all the property developers, I’ve always felt that DMCI stands above the rest. Because of the Consunji family’s reputation, I know I can be confident that it’s solidly built—no shortcuts, and I won’t wake up to a ceiling that’s falling apart. So, it’s a good investment because you know it’s well made.”
Both women also enjoy the airy, light-filled atmosphere created by DMCI Homes’ Lumiventt® Design Technology, which allows natural light and air to flow freely throughout the building.
“The atrium really helps make the place feel less overwhelming. Even when you’re on the highest floor, it doesn’t feel that high because of the atrium and the Lumiventt® Design. It makes a big difference because when you enter, you don’t feel claustrophobic at all. The openness really matters,” Mench says.
