Structural work on the first building of Sonora Garden Residences, Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC) and DMCI Homes’ joint venture in Las Piñas, is already 100% complete.
RLC and DMCI Homes celebrated the topping out of the 40-storey structure called Cadence building in November 2022. Work has now shifted to masonry and finishing of units in preparation for the turnover of the building in June 2024.
As of November 2022, Sonora Garden Residences has sold 45% of the initially launched 867-unit inventory comprised of 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units. Unit prices range from P4.18 to P10.30 million. RLC and DMCI Homes expect to generate up to P5.55 billion from the sales of Cadence building.

Amenities are also structurally complete
DMCI Homes Vice President for Project Development Dennis Yap said they expect reservation sales to pick up as construction of the property beside Robinsons Place Las Piñas progresses.
“We expect to generate more interest from homebuyers as the property and the resort-style amenities are completed,” Yap said.
“As of November, finishing work is already being done on the lap pool, leisure pool, kiddie pool, basketball court, game, play area among other amenities,” he continued.

Highly optimistic
RLC Residences Senior Vice President and Business Unit General Manager Chad Sotelo also said he is highly optimistic more homebuyers would soon discover the value being offered by RLC and DMCI Homes’ joint venture.
“It’s a great partnership between two of the biggest real estate companies in the country, DMCI Homes and RLC.” Sotelo said.
“We’re taking advantage of that moment where development in the south is going to pick up. You get to have that homey southern charm but you aren't missing out on the development opportunities,” he added.

High-growth area
Sotelo also noted the south metro remains a high-growth area and a favored living destination among homeseekers.
“If you look at the future of the southern part of Metro Manila, this is where development is—Las Piñas, Parañaque, Muntinlupa, and eventually Cavite, and Laguna,” Sotelo said.
“If you look at these places, hospitals, hotels, and malls are popping up, and there's a lot of redevelopment that's been happening. So, in the next five to ten years, this area is going to be very different,” he added.
