DMCI Homes has welcomed the first batch of move-ins of its latest ready for occupancy (RFO) residential condominium project in Southern Metro—Calathea Place in Parañaque City, following the completion of its first midrise building, Zebrina.
The country’s first Quadruple A developer started the turnover process of the eight-storey building in April—six months ahead of its original October 2019 committed schedule.
Like Zebrina, construction of the other three buildings, eight-storey high Leonia, and 12-storey high Lavender and Marantina has been progressing well, making them on track for turnover next year.
