Quadruple A developer DMCI Homes is now finishing the construction of the second building of its Sheridan Towers project in preparation for the condominium’s turnover to unit owners in May 2020.
The 48-storey North Tower is already 90 percent complete as of November this year making the building on track to meet its ready for occupancy (RFO) target date in the second quarter of next year.
The South Tower of the two-tower development in Sheridan Street, Pasig City was delivered in September 2017, 14 months ahead of the target turnover date of November 2018.
