Quadruple A developer DMCI Homes is looking to maximize its largest land bank located in Taguig City—Acacia Estates—to help the company weather the challenges of the coronavirus pandemic.
DMCI Homes President Alfredo R. Austria said the company is mulling to build another residential development in the 150-hectare township, three years after it launched its last project in the area.
Austria said DMCI Homes is currently finalizing plans to launch the new property to be called Alder Residences.
“Sales of our projects are still encouraging despite current circumstances which gives us confidence to launch two to three new properties before yearend,” Austria said.
“Acacia Estates is always in our list because of the strong residential demand in the area. We’re also currently working on permits to utilize our land bank in Makati and Manila,” he added.
DMCI Homes just recently delivered the first building of the last project it has launched at Acacia Estates—Mulberry Place. The four-building mid-rise development was sold-out just weeks after it was launched in 2017.
