DMCI Homes completes first phase of Mulberry Place project on schedule

Quadruple A developer DMCI Homes has completed constructing the first phase of its Mulberry Place project in Acacia Estates, Taguig City.

The mid-rise project’s last building, Marcelline, will begin welcoming unit owners into their new homes starting this month.

The property arm of DMCI Holdings, Inc. managed to complete the Vietnamese architecture-inspired mid-rise development on schedule despite challenges caused by the coronavirus pandemic.

Mulberry Place’s three other buildings, Bengaline, Dui, and Cochine buildings were successively turned over to unit owners starting in August last year.

With the turnover of Marcelline building, plans for the next phase of the project are now being finalized.
