Construction of Sonora Garden Residences resumes

Construction of Sonora Garden Residences, the joint venture project of Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC) and DMCI Homes in Las Pinas, had resumed following the easing of community quarantine measures in Metro Manila.

"Construction of Sonora Garden Residences is moving forward, taking into consideration the national and local governments' guidelines and requirements in preventing the spread of COVID-19," RLC DMCI Property Ventures Inc. said in a statement.

RLC and DMCI Homes launched the three-building condominium development within the Robinsons Mall Las Pinas Complex, near Alabang-Zapote Road, late last year as it planned to build a private community with convenient access to all the essentials south of Metro Manila.

The 1.45-hectare property will bring future residents closer to retail and dining destinations, supermarkets, business centers, airports, universities, and health institutions that is attuned to a convenient and comfortable new normal lifestyle.
