Dungca explains that the design of this particular model unit gives appropriate consideration to its target occupant of a mature, established, and well-traveled family.  "This family has been through varying residential experiences and now they know what they really want," Dungca explains.  "They prefer a romantic interior but one that isn't fussy or overly decorated.  Moreover, most accessories and furniture pieces are simple, natural and elegant."

The living and dining areas feature simulated wood vinyl flooring for a warm, homier feel.  The wall covering is in shimmering aqua for a stylish look while art pieces were carefully selected to blend with the concept.  The standard-size sofa is a combination of plain and chenille fabric and is accented with fluffy pillows in taffy silk and hemp. The center table is a dark emperador marble top with metal frame support in bronzato finish.  The dining table, on the other hand, is in dark stain with metal base in gold leaf finish to match the framed antique-finish mirror.

The lushly carpeted master's bedroom evokes the look and feel of a hotel room.  The queen-sized bed is highlighted with a padded headboard in velvet fabric. The pillows are a combination of plain silk and patterned fabric while the duvet is in plain silk with accent trim.  Adding elegance to the room is built-in cabinetry in dark tobacco stain with capiz tile in diamond pattern with gold trim accent. 

To create a lighter feel for the child's bedroom, colors are playfully mixed and ducco finish is used in favor of wood.  Providing texture and hue are a padded bed frame in chenille rose pattern fabric, Euro pillow in accent stripe fabric, kidney pillow in silk. The walls are of Roman shade with ribbon piping.  A combination of baby pink, green and lavender ducco colors is likewise applied in the desk and bedside table.

Meanwhile, the guest room is as generously appointed as the other areas of the unit.  The patterns are mostly a combination of blues and brown and likewise built in is cabinetry with capiz tile in diamond pattern with gold trim.
