The Philippines has been ranked as one of the best places for expatriates to live in, according to the Expat Insider

InterNations surveyed foreign executives for its Expat Insider 2023 report and found that the Philippines is the eighth best destination for expats out of 53 countries. The respondents cited the ease of settling in, cost of living, and local culture that made the country as one of the best options to relocate to.

The Philippines is top 3 in terms of cost of living and housing arrangements for expats. For the second straight year, the country was crowned as the third best spot in terms of the convenience of moving into a Philippine home. Further, two-thirds of foreign business executives said they have enough to live a comfortable life in the country, while the rest say they earn more than enough to sustain their lifestyles here.

Residential properties are aplenty within metropolitan areas in the country especially near central business districts (CBD), giving relocating professionals with many options.

Fortis Residences, an upscale condominium project being developed by DMCI Homes Exclusive, is a promising real estate investment that will cater to expats looking for an upscale and cozy home away from home while stationed in Metro Manila. The property features big unit cuts that will give expats a peaceful and comfortable nook in the middle of the Makati CBD.

Lush greenery within and around the property coupled with its resort-like amenities give a relaxing atmosphere to welcome residents after a long workday. DMCI Homes’ Lumiventt® technology also supplies literal fresh air along Fortis Residences’ corridors for a unique homey experience.

Life at Fortis Residences leaves expats with fewer things to worry about as they uproot their lives to transfer to Metro Manila.

Expat Insider also reported that the Philippines ranked ninth globally in terms of work-life balance, with 79% of foreigners saying they feel at home here. Striking a balance between work and leisure is easy when living in Fortis Residences thanks to its strategic location near offices, malls, and major roads. Fortis Residences is a few minutes’ drive to the Makati CBD and Bonifacio Global City in Taguig and is less than 5 kilometers from Ninoy Aquino International Airport that’s convenient for jetsetters.

The property sits along Chino Roces Avenue, a strip that is being redeveloped into the Makati Southwest Gateway which will be home to restaurants and retail establishments. Life at Fortis Residences will be so convenient and welcoming to expats looking for their next foreign destination.
