DMCI Homes launched a series of weekly seminars for all DMCI Homes' property security teams in April this year. The first seminar, on Basic Customer Courtesy, was conducted by Buddy Castro of the Customer Care division and offered security teams pointers that ranged from greeting the homeowners to answering guest queries.
