Management Trainee for Design Assistant Manager

Requirements:

The Management Trainee Program is a middle management program which offers a holistic perspective and exposure on construction and design through various trainings such as: classroom and hands-on training, coaching and mentoring by veteran professionals in the organization.

 

As a Management Trainee, you will be developed to:

 

  • Manage the delivery of the overall project construction/ design requirements during the construction phase to the required quality standards requirements of the project.
  • Take the responsibility for coordinating the construction/ design related matters and solutions among various project stake holders in relation to all design approvals, reviews and coordination throughout the construction period.
  • Support the project team to review and coordinate to ensure all design changes and solutions are implemented and coordinated into the project design documentation
  • Manage the review of key milestone deliverables for completion in relation to quality of construction/ design, implementation and coordination of design changes.
  • Review and recommend project design changes.
  • Assess project feasibility by analysing technology, resource needed and market demand.
  • Review and recommend approval of contracts or cost estimates.
  • Review and manage all construction/ design related queries to arrive at an amicable resolution.
  • Review and ensure all construction plans are optimally designed.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Architecture or equivalent.
  • PRC License an advantage but not required.
  • With or without work experience.
  • With strong desire to pursue a career on design management.
  • With excellent academic/scholastic record.
  • With good written and verbal communication skills.
  • With effective leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Should be result-oriented, systematic and organized and team player but can also work on own initiative.

Equipment Manager

Requirements:

  • Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or any related course.
  • Preferably Licensed Engineer.
  • Must have at least minimum of 10 years related experience gained from construction industry.
  • Willing to do field works.

Property Manager

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Property Development/Real Estate Management, Engineering, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Accounting, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or its equivalent.
  • At least solid 3 years proven track record in residential property management.
  • 3-5 years supervisory/ managerial experience.
  • Has leadership competencies.
  • Logical thinking orientation, strong analytical skills, problem assessment and decision making skills.

IT Specialist

Requirements:

  • Graduate of BS Informatioon Technology or equivalent
  • At least 2 years work related experience
  • Experience in Network Design & Implementation, PC troubleshooting

Responsibilities:

  • Assists in the implementation and maintenance of data network
  • Assists in the design of LAN and WAN configuration
  • Responsible for the day to day operational activities of help-desk support,
  • network administration, systems, etc.

Geodetic Engineer

Requirements:

  • Graduate of Geodetic Engineering.
  • Knowledgeable on using basic geodetic and/or surveying instruments.
  • Can adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Safety Officer

Requirements:

  • Graduate of Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. 
  • Certificate holder of Occupational Safety and Health Training.

Civil Engineer

Requirements:

  • Registered Civil Engineer
  • Male/Female
  • Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience on horizontal and vertical construction
  • Person of good moral character and a team player
  • Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
  • Fresh graduate with license are encouraged to apply

Implementation Analyst

Requirements:

  • Graduate of Computer Science (with sufficient training in System Design and Implementation)
  • Female; not more than 25 years old
  • 3 - 5 years experience in packaged / developed software implementation with concentration in the following areas: (a) Business Process review, (b) Information processing and reporting requirement analysis, (c) Forms, user interface, and reports design, and (d) Middleware design
  • Familiar with the following technologies: (a) MS Project, (b) Database Design and implementation, (c) SQL Scripting, and (d) MS Excel scripting, VBA
  • Person of good moral character.
  • Pleasing personality and good public relations.
  • Outstanding communication skills both verbal or written communication (English language)

Design Assistant

Requirements:

  • Graduate of BS Architecture
  • Male/Female; not more than 30 years old
  • With at least 1 year experience on CADD management and MEPF Shop drawings
  • Knowledgeable on methods and materials of construction and design principles
  • Excellent in CADD and SketchUp
  • Team player with above communication and interpersonal skills

Mechanical Engineer

Requirements:

  • Preferably Licensed Mechanical Engineer
  • Male/Female; at least  23 years old
  • Knowledge in HVAC design and construction
  • Knowledge in Fire Protection Design and Construction
  • Knowledge in Plumbing/Sanitary Design and Constructio
  • Good in Autocad
  • Willing to be assigned on field

Application Developer

Requirements:

  • Graduate of BS Computer Science or equivalent
  • At least 4 years of experience in database design, logic specifications writing, application development (web), etc
  • Proficient with MS SQL, Visual Basic, ASP.net. PHP
  • Understands standard systems development lifecycle processes and applies methodology effectively on client engagements
  • Can clearly articulate ideas and thoughts verbally

Responsibilities:

  • Confidently writes the four basic SQL statements
  • Assists in the design, coding and testing of technical solutions
  • Prepares written business correspondence that is coherent, grammatically correct, and professional

Electro-Mechanical QA Engineer

Requirements:

  • Graduate of B.S. Electrical Engineering 
  • At least 3 years of experience in disciplines that involve inspection of materials & mechanical, electrical & instrumentation equipment
  • Able to read and interpret drawings & specifications
  • Familiarity with industry codes relating to civil works (PEC, ASTM, etc) is an advantage
  • Able to read and understand test reports on material & inspection records
  • Strong familiarization with the specification and plan
  • Experience in inspecting valves, pipe, fittings, flanges, gaskets, bolts and other mechanical, electrical and sheet gauges

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the quality of all works carried out at the project sites is in compliance with Project Quality Plan (PQP) & Inspection Test Plan (ITP)
  • Responsible for the inspection of electrical material for compliance with the Standard Specifications & Plans. Non-conformity shall be raised as applicable
  • Continuous review of all Logs, covering Inspection Request, Material Inspection Request, Method Statement Submittals, etc & monitoring their status. Perform Random test/sampling
  • Prepare NCR when the specification or procedural requirments are not met
  • Identifying & recording quality problems & opportunities for improvement and initiating or recommending solutions
  • Coordinate with the D&C any detected problems that need immediate attention and may opt to stop work should the problem is not addressed. 

Testing and Commissioning Engineer

Requirements:

  • 3 years experience in electrical and auxialiary system, plumbing and sanitary system, fire protection, detection system commissioning and testing
  • Good oral and written communication
  • Computer literate
  • Applies extensive experience over broad areas to ensure technical quality of work and efficiency of approach

 Responsibilities:

  • Reviews As-built plan versus actual and note discrepancy if any
  • Review adequacy of test records and inspection records
  • Perform actual testing of system including system interfaces
  • Prepares written T&C reports to be issued to the Construction Group including the deficiencies noted for correction
  • Certifies conformity of the system against the desired result/design intent. Otherwise, issue non-conformity reports
  • Provides trouble shooting input as deem necessary to make the system working with minimal cost and without compromising quality

Architect

Requirements:

  • Registered Architect
  • Male/Female; not more than 30 years old
  • Minimum of 3 years experience on architectural design for medium to high rise condominium
  • Knowledgeable on methods and materials of construction and design principles
  • Ability to use Autocad
  • Team player with above average communication and interpresonal skills
  • Newly board passers are welcome to apply

Turnover Assistant

Requirements:

  • Candidate must be a graduate of Architecture or Engineering course, license not required
  • Male/Female; not more than 30 years old
  • Minimum of 1 year working experience in construction preferably in quality control
  • Person of good moral character
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
