Requirements:

  • BS Architecture graduate
  • With atleast 1 year related work experience
  • Above average skills in AutoCAD, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Knowledgeable with 3D Software
  • License is an advantage but not required

Application Developer

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): MS SQL Server, PHP, ASP.NET.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • At least 3 years of experience in database design, logic specifications writing, application development (web), etc
  • Understands standard systems development lifecycle processes and applies methodology effectively on client engagements

Management Trainee for Design Assistant Manager

Requirements:

The Management Trainee Program is a middle management program which offers a holistic perspective and exposure on construction and design through various trainings such as: classroom and hands-on training, coaching and mentoring by veteran professionals in the organization.

 

As a Management Trainee, you will be developed to:

 

  • Manage the delivery of the overall project construction/ design requirements during the construction phase to the required quality standards requirements of the project.
  • Take the responsibility for coordinating the construction/ design related matters and solutions among various project stake holders in relation to all design approvals, reviews and coordination throughout the construction period.
  • Support the project team to review and coordinate to ensure all design changes and solutions are implemented and coordinated into the project design documentation
  • Manage the review of key milestone deliverables for completion in relation to quality of construction/ design, implementation and coordination of design changes.
  • Review and recommend project design changes.
  • Assess project feasibility by analysing technology, resource needed and market demand.
  • Review and recommend approval of contracts or cost estimates.
  • Review and manage all construction/ design related queries to arrive at an amicable resolution.
  • Review and ensure all construction plans are optimally designed.

 

Qualifications:

 

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or Architecture.

PRC License an advantage but not required.

With or without work experience.

With strong desire to pursue a career on design management.

With excellent academic/scholastic record.

With good written and verbal communication skills.

With effective leadership and interpersonal skills.

Should be result-oriented, systematic and organized and team player but can also work on own initiative.

Equipment Manager

Requirements:

  • Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or any related course.
  • Preferably Licensed Engineer.
  • Must have at least minimum of 10 years related experience gained from construction industry.
  • Willing to do field works.

Property Manager

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Property Development/Real Estate Management, Engineering, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Accounting, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or its equivalent.
  • At least solid 3 years proven track record in residential property management.

IT Specialist

Requirements:

  • Graduate of BS Informatioon Technology or equivalent
  • At least 2 years work related experience
  • Experience in Network Design & Implementation, PC troubleshooting

Responsibilities:

  • Assists in the implementation and maintenance of data network
  • Assists in the design of LAN and WAN configuration
  • Responsible for the day to day operational activities of help-desk support,
  • network administration, systems, etc.

Geodetic Engineer

Requirements:

  • Graduate of Geodetic Engineering.
  • Knowledgeable on using basic geodetic and/or surveying instruments.
  • Can adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Safety Officer

Requirements:

  • Graduate of Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. 
  • Certificate holder of Occupational Safety and Health Training.

Civil Engineer

Requirements:

Licensed Civil Engineer

Outstanding communication and commanding skills.

Design Assistant

Requirements:

  • With at least 1 year experience on CADD management and MEPF Shop drawings

Mechanical Engineer

Requirements:

Licensed Mechanical Engineer.

Proficient on reading and interpreting mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection plans.

Willing to be assigned on site (NCR projects).

Implementation Analyst

Requirements:

  • Graduate of BS Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 1 yr experience in business process review, business analysis, database design, functional specs writing, system analysis, etc
  • Understands project plans and is able to clearly articulate roles, project goals and timelines
  • Understands basic internet and client/server architectures
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Responsibilities:

  • Documents client organization's industry and competitive position
  • Assists in the collection and consolidation of required information and data
  • Accurately and efficiently executes test plans
  • Prepares written business correspondence

Architect

Requirements:

  • Registered Architect
  • Male/Female; not more than 30 years old
  • Minimum of 3 years experience on architectural design for medium to high rise condominium

Electrical Engineer

Requirements:

Registered Electrical Engineer. 

Willing to be assigned on any of DMCI Homes' projects in NCR.

Proficient on reading/interpreting electrical plans.

Has basic knowledge on Mechanical, Plumbing and Fire Protection Plans.

Turnover Assistant

Requirements:

  • Candidate must be a graduate of Architecture or Engineering course, license not required
  • Male/Female; not more than 30 years old
  • Minimum of 1 year working experience in construction preferably in quality control
  • Person of good moral character
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Senior Architect

Requirements:

  • Registered Architect
  • Male or Female; at least 35 years of age
  • Minimum of 10 years relevant work experience: 5 years (at least) as lead architect or handled 6 project cycle (at least).
  • Strong background in designing concept, planning, quality control and cost estimate (vertical and horizontal projects)
  • Proven leadership ability.
  • Person of good moral character.
  • Pleasing personality and good interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills both verbal or written communication (English language)

3D Architect

Requirements:

  • Graduate of Architecture with good academic records
  • Male/Female;not more than 35 years old
  • Excellent on Autocad, Photoshop and 3D softwares application (e.g sketch-up,revit)
  • With at least 2 years relevant experience on this field is required
  • Detailed oriented and result driven
