Mechanical Engineer

Requirements:

• Preferably Licensed Mechanical Engineer
• Male/Female; at least  23 years old
• Knowledge in HVAC design and construction
• Knowledge in Fire Protection Design and Construction
• Knowledge in Plumbing/Sanitary Design and Constructio
• Good in Autocad
• Willing to be assigned on field

3D Architect

Requirements:

• Graduate of Architecture with good academic records
• Male/Female;not more than 35 years old
• Excellent on Autocad, Photoshop and 3D softwares application (e.g sketch-up,revit)
• With at least 2 years relevant experience on this field is required
• Detailed oriented and result driven

Geodetic Engineer

Requirements:

• Registered Geodetic Engineer
• Knowledgeable of basic geodetic / surveying instruments
• Can adapt in a fast paced environment
• Team player with above average communication and interpersonal skill

Safety Officer

Requirements:

• Graduate of any engineering courses;Civil, Electrical and Mechanical
• Preferably Male; not more than 40 years old
• Minimum of 2 years's experience as Safety Personnel gained from construction firm or the like
• Certificate holder of Occupational Safety and Health training
• Above average oral and written communication skills
• Applicants should be Filipino citizens

Equipment Manager

Requirements:

• Preferably Male; not more than 45 years old
• Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or any related course
• Preferably Licensed Engineer
• Must have at least minimum of 10 years related experience gained from construction industry
• Willing to do field works and longer hours

QA/QC Engineer

Requirements:

• Graduate of BS Architecture, Civil and Electrical Engineering
• Male or Female; not more than 35 years old
• High Professional (Technical) Education and at least 3 years of experience in disciplines that involves inspection of materials and mechanical, electrical and instrumentation equipment.
• Able to read and interpret drawings and specs
• Familiarity with industry codes relating to civil works (PEC ASTM, etc is an advantage)
• Computer Literate
• Good moral and written communication
• Quality Assurance auditor experience is an advantage
• Must be able to read and understand the test reports on Material and inspection records
• Strong familiarization with the specification and plan
• Experience in inspecting valves, pipe, fittings, flanges, gaskets, bolts and other mechanical, electrical and sheet gauges

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the quality of all works carried out at the project site is in compliance with Project Quality Plan and Inspection Test Plan.
• Validates the QMS Quality Plan and Procedures of contractors/suppliers and the project itself.
• Ensures materials received by warehouse have the certification documents required by the purchase order and certification documents meet the specification.
• Responsible for the inspection of electrical material for compliance with the Standard Specifications and Plans. Non-conformity shall be raised as applicable.
• Continuous review of all Logs, covering Inspection Request, Material Inspection Request, Methods Statement Submittal etc and monitoring their status. Perform random test/sampling.
• Prepare NCR when the specification or procedural requirements are not met.
• Identifying and recording quality problems and opportunities for improvement, and initiating or recommending solutions
• Coordinate with the D & C any detected problems that need immediate attention, and may opt to stop work should the problem is not addressed. Same report shall be sent to the attention of the QM and/or the QA Supervisor.

Design Assistant

Requirements:

• Graduate of at least 2-year course in Industrial Technology, Drafting Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology or equivalent
• Male/Female; not more than 30 years old
• With at least 1 year experience on CADD management and MEPF Shop drawings 
• Knowledgeable on methods and materials of construction and design principles
• Excellent in CADD and Revit application
• Team player with above communication and interpersonal skills

Application Developer

Requirements:

• Graduate of BS Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in database design, logic specifications writing, application development (web), etc
• Proficient with MS SQL, Visual Basic, VB.net
• Understands standard systems development lifecycle processes and applies methodology effectively on client engagements
• Can clearly articulate ideas and thoughts verbally

Responsibilities: 

• Confidently writes the four basic SQL statements
• Assists in the design, coding and testing of technical solutions
• Prepares written business correspondence that is coherent, grammatically correct, and professional

CAS QA Engineer

Requirements:

• Graduate of B.S. Civil Engineering or Architecture
• At least 3 years of experience in disciplines that involve inspection of materials and mechanical, electrical and instrumentation equipment
• Able to read and interpret drawings and specifications
• Familiarity with industry codes relating to civil works (PEC ASTM, etc) is an advantage
• Computer literate
• Good oral and written communication
• Quality assurance auditor experience is an advantage
• Must be able to read and understand the test reports on material and inspection records
• Strong familiarization with specification and plan
• Experience in inspecting civil structural and architectural finishes

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the quality of all works carried out at the project site is in compliance with Project Quality Plan (PQP) & Inspection Test Plan (ITP)
• Responsible for the inspection of Civil works and architectural material for compliance with the Standard Specifications and Plans. Non-conformity shall be raised as applicable
• Prepare NCR when the specification or procedural requirements are not met
• Identifying and recording quality problems and opportunities for improvement & initiating or recommending solutions

Architect

Requirements:

• Registered Architect
• Male/Female; not more than 30 years old
• Minimum of 3 years experience on architectural design for medium to high rise condominium
• Knowledgeable on methods and materials of construction and design principles
• Ability to use Autocad
• Team player with above average communication and interpresonal skills
• Newly board passers are welcome to apply

Civil Engineer

Requirements:

• Registered Civil Engineer
• Male/Female; at least 23 years old
• Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience on horizontal and vertical construction
• Person of good moral character and a team player
• Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
